Investing in the Children of Today to Create the Future of the World Tomorrow.

Our goal is to deliver an environment that guarantees your little ones will thrive.

Sustainability

Evolution Early Learning maintains a strong focus and philosophy on sustainability and environmental responsibility. We encourage connections with the natural world by promoting children’s understanding and respect for the natural environment. Our extracurricular programs have been developed to encourage children to be active contributors to their environment by helping to make a change.

Nutrition

We provide nutritious meals including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and late snack prepared fresh daily by our on-site chefs and consultant nutritionists. Our goal is to teach children positive eating behaviours through nutrition workshops, our little chef cooking school, urban farming practises and providing balanced wholesome meals to set them up with healthy eating habits for life.

Mindfulness

We support young children in all aspects of their care, learning and growth. Our teaching approach focuses on developing the child holistically, including their mind, body and spirit. Our team of highly trained educators work in partnership with children and families on their early learning journey. We promote positive behaviour in children by modelling and emphasising the importance of displaying kindness, respect, empathy and understanding.

Our Commitment to Child Safety

At Evolution Early Learning we provide a supportive and enriching environment for children to play, learn and grow. We are committed to serving the needs of families in the Sunshine Coast community.

To ensure this, we have a comprehensive safety plan in place that covers daily supervision practices, secure entry and exit procedures, regular health and hygiene routines, and emergency preparedness. Our team is trained in first aid, CPR, and child protection policies, and we conduct regular safety drills to make sure both staff and children are confident in what to do in the event of an emergency.

We also carry out ongoing risk assessments of our facilities, both indoors and outdoors, to maintain a safe learning and play environment. Our commitment is not only to protect children physically, but to give families peace of mind knowing their little ones are cared for in a safe and nurturing space.
